Bulgarian Association for Development of Psychomotoricity (BAPMT) organizes an online conference on “Move-play-connect”. Aspects of psychomotor therapy in Bulgaria.

Who: Presenters are the 12 Bulgarian graduates from the 3-year certification training program “Psychomotor Therapy with Children” of the German Association of Psychomotorics (Deutsche Akademie – Aktionskreis Psychomotorik eV) and the University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt (Hochschule_ Darmstadt, Germany) .
How: Four panels with three presenters each in two days.
Main topics:
1. Children and their topics – examples from psychomotor therapy;
2. Aggression as a vital energy in psychomotor play;
3. Psychomotor therapy in children with disabilities;
4. How we use transference and countertransference in psychomotor therapy;
5. “I see you, I look at you, I play with you child!” (Fragments of psychomotor work -case study);
6. Understanding the symbolization of body language and play in children – discussion;
7. The mother-child relationship in the pre- and perinatal period. Manifestation in the game;
8. The role of connection in the context of working with the traumatic experiences of adopted children;
9. Therapeutic touch;
10. The importance of body-emotional resonance and reflection in psychomotor therapy;
11. Sound manifestations in support of feelings in psychomotor therapy;
12. Supporting self-confidence and self-regulation through psychomotor skills in children in need of diagnostic imaging procedures and radiation therapy.
